Thank you to Cee and James for repairing my tire it had a nail in it and they were able to get it fixed and I was able to go on with my day driving safe. I highly recommend good year on 75th here in Gainesville FL . They care about there clients and there safety thank you so much I will be coming back !!

I have been going to Good Year for years now! They have always been fair and honest people. I love them all but Travis is a trip. He had my daughter and I dying laughing and has a great spirit🤣They helped us with our tires, ac, and oil change and it was a fair price. I will always go here and advise you to as well!

Very disappointing experience with Goodyear Tire. I placed an order in advance and was given a pickup date. When I arrived, I found out that my order wasn’t even ready—they hadn’t completed it yet. I wasted my time driving there, and no one contacted me beforehand to let me know about the delay. What made the experience even worse was that there wasn’t a manager available to speak with me or provide any explanation or solution. The lack of communication, organization, and customer service was completely unacceptable. I expected much better from a company like Goodyear. Based on this experience, I will think twice before doing business here again or recommending this location to others.

Google Review for Goodyear on Tower Road Gainesville, FL– I want to take a moment to recognize two outstanding people at this Goodyear location: Mark and Conchetta (Chetta). They are the reason my family continues to trust this shop with our vehicles. Chetta is one of the best managers I’ve ever dealt with. She talks to you like you’re sitting in her living room — calm, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure you understand what’s going on with your car. She doesn’t just stand behind the counter and rush through explanations. She’ll walk with you to the seating area, break everything down in simple, digestible terms, and make sure you feel confident about the next steps. She’s an excellent communicator and makes you feel comfortable and informed, even if you know nothing about cars. Mark is an incredibly knowledgeable and talented mechanic, and Goodyear is lucky to have him. When he works on your vehicle, he explains everything he did in clear, everyday language — no confusing mechanic jargon. He’s patient, personable, and takes the time to answer every question. He’ll even show you your car on the lift and point out exactly what needs attention and how to maintain it. Talk

Concetta helped me with my car repairs. She was very kind and energetic (even though her time is demanding and draining her energy during fag end of the day...) and going extra miles with enthusiasm in providing excellent customer service. I won't usually give reviewes. But she is one of the rare kinds. Likewise, all staff here are responsive and supportive to each other.
